Please follow these instructions to download and install the Android Apps from this website.


1. Select the correct THYIM application, and scan or click on the relevant link

  • If you want to become a Helper, go to the Become a Helper Page, and scan the QR code or click the download link below the QR code for the Android App on that page.
  • If you want to request a service, go to the Request a Service Page, and scan the QR code or click the download link below the QR code for the Android App on that page.

    • 2. That will take you to the following page for the THYIM Helper App, or a similar page for the THYIM App.

    Click on the web link.



    3. The “Open with … Package installer” popup appears. Click on the brown download button to the left of “Package Installer”.


    4. Another popup appears. Click “INSTALL”




    5. An “App scan recommend” popup appears. This appears because the THYIM Android apps are not on the Google Play Store yet.

    Click on “More Details”, above the Scan app button.

    6. Then click on “Install without scanning

    7. Wait for the THYIM App to be installed, and then press Open (bottom right-hand corner)

    8. The THYIM App will then open, and you can sign-up.
